The little green building that could
We were taking a stroll down Lefferts Ave. the other day and took a good hard look at that green building undergoing renovations on Rogers Ave.
After a long, blank stare we finally realized what had changed: the dumpster is back. Work continues. The building is still completely gutted.
We await the day when we can finally tell all of those people seeking rentals on the Lefferts Yahoo! Group to check out the green building on Rogers Ave.
And on that day, our lives will take on new meaning.
The building next door is also being gutted.

Not only is this building being renovated, the one next to it is also going to be rehabilitated. This building has been abandoned for close to 10 years and is a complete shell, I don't even think it has floor joists.
This will really help the block, in addition to the upcoming opening on The Ink Well.
