The Debate Continues...

Looks like the Daily News feels that Dr. Eugene should be held to account regarding his failure to live in the district at the time of the election (technically, the law states something to the effect of the newly elected official must live in the district hold a Council seat).  In other words, because he's not a 40th District resident, he should not be able to serve as our representative.

Depending on Andrew Cuomo's feelings about the issue, we could end up with a special election rematch.  In the event of an election repeat, Dr. Eugene would probably win again.
