A VERY proactive reader, so proactive that she's not even yet a PLGer, sent us am email about the results of her telephone call placed to Famous Seafood. So writes said reader:
"...So I called the number shown on the awning. Turns out Famous Seafood is opening tonight at 5. It's a restaurant, whose menu appears to be taken right out of a script for Forrest Gump: "Jumbo shrimp, popcorn shrimp, buffalo shrimp, peel and eat shrimp..." They're also promising homemade lemonade and sweet tea, and other seafaring options like lobster, red and yellow snapper, as well as a kid's menu (chicken fingers).
Anyway, it seems like a decent new non-Caribbean option for the neighborhood. I hope someone's able to check it out on opening night and report back on your site."
We've already told ourselves that we're going to try to check it out this weekend. If anyone else has feedback to offer, feel free to do so here on ATP.

But how are the TABLES?

Corner of Flatbush and Rutland, I think. Midwood, maybe?

It's a take-out place, no? WIll it even have tables? If it does have a few, it's clearly not a sit-down restaurant where decor has a more significant function.
