This storefront on the corner of Flatbush Ave. and Chester Ct. once had a large for rent sign tied to the frame of its former awning. The sign is now gone.
Has the store been rented? Did someone arbitrarily pull the sign down? Anyone have any information?
As per our usual sentiment... Thai would be nice.

There were some people in there today. But no work has been done from the looks of the inside. Perhaps soon..?

The guys who ran that former bodega were really nice. Anyone know what happened to them?

I hear that it's going to be an outpost of Subway sandwich shop...

I have confirmation from a worker on site that a Subway shop is indeed coming to this space! I looked in Saturday morning, and the place has been gutted and is ready for whatever form of renovation they will do. Actually we know what form: exactly like every other Subway.
